    Unless the GPU load increased, I'd assume it's thermal throttling. Looks like an evenly distributed increase of time taken for anything rendering related...

    Does this happen if you continuously render the same scene without any changes? If so, I'd say its thermal throttling.

    There were around 50 moving objects and maybe 1000 weren't moving on scene.
    At that moment number of object not increased.

    Yep, looks like throttling to me. There's a jump in total time taken for audio happening at the same moment but that's probably also throttling...
