Question Lux water and beautify problem

    when i switch on the outline effect in beautify v1 it puts an outline around objects that are under the water, i contacted kronnek but their solution didnt work very well and they say they can not help and to contact lux developer but have had no reply, the outline needs to be on portion of objects above water line not beneath the water

    can anyone help with this

    Keep in mind very likely NOBODY here has ever used or even seen the system you speak of, and we certainly have never seen your code, and you have failed to indicate what you're even trying to do, except that it "didn't work very well."

    this has nothing to do with me or my code, these are 2 purchased assets from the asset store in a completely new project,

    i have lux water and beautify v1 if i place an object say a cylinder so bottom half under water, camera is above water also, switch on the outline effect in beautify and the outline is visible on the whole cylinder looking at it from above the water, it should only be above the water level or it looks silly, if i leave in play mode and go to scene view it works properly, only the view from the camera is wrong, i have contacted both developers, but have no fix yet, i also tried it with aquas water instead of lux and the same is happening

    so i have found a free asset on asset store called OUTLINE TOOLBOX and it seems to be working well, but does anyone know how to make the outline thicker, i have basic knowledge of shader scripting, but not very good, hae contacted the developer but had no reply, have looked at the shader code but nothing resembles thickness, only mentions weight, can anyone help or take a look at the asset as it is free and see if you know how to do it
