Lubuntu first start difficult to scroll through questionnaire

Hi All
Installed on Lubuntu 15.04 and it's very difficult to fill start up screens. Can enter user name but hung on password for about 5 mis, then came to life and could fill in.
On questionnaire could not scroll down, eventually got round it by randomly pulling down on my laptop touchpad.
I'm running lubuntu 15.04 with AMD graphics, tried both xorg drivers and priority with same result. So maybe lubuntu desktop?

The temp solution just randomly keep dragging down and it will eventually jump a few lines.
