.LTB & .DAT importer (LithTech engine)

    Hello!

    This tool allows you to convert .LTB files into readable unity asset files!
    It imports animations / bones / uvs / meshes.

    And now it supports .DAT map files with lightmaps!

    currently I having the error of
    ArgumentException: The output char is too small to contain the decoded chaceters, enoding 'Unicode (UTF-8)' fallback 'System.Text.DecoderReplacementFallback'.
