Low quality game screen

Hello, I've made some background images for a unity 2D game, when I import them to unity it looks good at scene window. The problem occurs when I put this image as 2D sprite though game sceen and the quality drops down.

I know scale on game sceen is 2x, if I set it to 1x it still looks bad.

Any idea why this is occuring? Thanks.

 

Because the scale in your game view is *2 so its zoomed in

I am having this problem with all my sprites as well. I hope you can fix it ! Try adjusting the settings of the sprite. It may improve it a little bit. Things like mipmaps, filter mode, and wrap mode can make the sprite better/worse.

Try making a build and see the texture in resolution that is not smaller than your target resolution.

Also, you are using NPOT texture size. It might not be related to your problem, but it's usually better to use square textures.

 

Thanks all for your answers, finally after trying everything I have found out the problem.

Unity was performing graphics propperly, problem was on my computer which (I guess it's graphics driver) didn't render it as it have to look. I've created the apk and it looks great on movile!
