Low Poly terrain editor?

Hi guys,

I want to be able to quickly makes these using the same prefab or by using a tile system. The game will be made for mobile devices.

The PolyWorld assets are supposed to include a model conversion tool. If you make your terrain using an external modeller they might do the trick. I haven't tried them myself though so you may want to contact the author and find out.
