Bug Low fps

Hey guys!

I'm a step before releasing my first app to Google Play Store.
I've had it all done, then, due to law API level requirement from Google Console I upgraded my Unity into 2021.3.11f1 and installed API level 31 to my computer and by trying fixing a bug I think I messed up my app quality settings because that after this upgrades the app's fps is midiocer at best.

The problem is that I don't know what was my previos settings that let the app run smoothly like before.

I've tried to change quality settings and try fix it but it didn't changed, also tried connecting the profiler and didn't found what to do.
there is a way to check it from an apk file? how do you suggest I can fix it?



if my vsync is super high what do you recommend?
