Question Low fps and low system usage

    when ı first open unity ı get 160 fps on empty scene know it is 80 and some times 40 so started lag but when ı check system gpu and cpu usage is too low how can ı fix it and increase system usage ? need help lag started being annoying

    Task manager is an awful way of measuring CPU usage. If an application is only using a single core it will only show about 6.25% on an 8-core/16-thread CPU. Unity is single-threaded therefore what you're seeing is it maxed out on CPU usage.

    Unity's profiler is the only correct source of information, and even then you should only rely on it in a build as the editor adds its overhead to the results.

    is not there anything ı can to increase performance in editor? I built game and it work normal but editor is too slow

    Just faster hardware. You're already on a decent system though so it wouldn't help that much.

    Check the profiler, something is making it run slow, and you'll find it there.

    Since you said it starts fast than become slower over time, I highly suspect a memory leak (from a tool/asset or your own code).

    As above, don't use the profiler simply as a glorified FPS counter, actually use it to see what is making it slow then make decisions based on the facts it provides rather than what devs on a forum think. :)
