Lost Pause button and playback speed on Particle Effect window???

    I lost the Pause button and playback speed on Particle Effect window???
    How do I get them back??

    They are greyed out??

    I am using v 2018.2.14f1

    Check project settings -> time -> timescale
    set timescale to 1.
