I'm using Unity 2019.3, and using Collab for version control. Today when trying to make a commit, I received a red error message that I had lost the link to the project, so I could not make any more commits. Clicking "Refresh Access" in the Services window did nothing, nor did selecting "New Link" and selecting my user ID/company name. Upon closing and re-opening Unity, I went to make a commit, and all of my previous versions were gone. So now I have two commits, basically starting from scratch.

Has this happened to anyone else? Do my previous versions exist anywhere in the cloud, or are they gone forever? Fortunately, this time, it's not a major issue, but it could easily become one on this and future projects.

  2. You should see your projects at https://id.unity.com/ and then there are your projects.

Hi @ajairaj, after you reopened your project did you accidentally create a new project link? Try going to https://dashboard.unity3d.com/ and searching for your project name. Do you see more than one? You may just need to unlink and relink your project to the version that has your actual commit history.
