Looking to learn to animate Biomolecules

    I work in a cancer research Lab and need to learn how to animate protein conformational changes. I Was looking for tutorials on animation and I found that alot of people are split on Mecanim or the legacy version for animation. Is there another more specfic alternative? Which would bw better?
