Not looking for somebody to do any work, but am wondering if somebody could help me get an understanding of the mecanim system for Unity. I have read manuals and watched videos, but am still having a hard time as I am a hands on person. Is there anybody who could spend an hour or so talking with me, and possibly doing some test animation setups in a blank unity scene over teamviewer or something?

I would really appreciate it. Watching videos helps a little, but if I run into an issue or question, I can't get it resolved without being able to physically ask somebody.

You'll be much more likely to get help if you post actual questions about things you don't understand. I'm more than happy to spend a few minutes reading through and answering something on a topic I happen to know something about, but much less likely to just donate an hour of my time to hold someone's hand for free.

Im not asking for hand holding. I'm asking for somebody to sit one on one with me and watch as I work through a couple of problems I am having, and answering questions I have as they come up so it's answered as I ask it, not possibly days later when somebody is able to respond on the forums. By that time the original question is no longer fresh and less likely to be retained.

Hand holding implies doing the work for me, or telling me step by step how to do it. I never asked for that.

An hour was a generous estimate. It's more likely it would be 10 or 20 minutes.

TeamViewer and Discord screen share are very helpful collaboration tools.

    One on one.

    Ready to respond immediately.

You can call it what you want, but that's exactly what I'd call hand holding.

If you've taken the time to formulate a reasonable post outlining your question so that someone else can read it and understand what the problem is, then a) you likely won't forget it in the first place, and b) if you do forget, you can simply read your question to find out what it was just like everyone who tries to answer it has to.

I'm afraid no one can help you with this one on one, and the one who will is called a professional tutor or something like this. You can find AR/VR developer at some website or LinkedIn I guess, maybe someone will agree to check and comment on your work.
