Looking For Contributor Looking for devs that are trying to become professionals (just for networking, motivation etc.)

I'm looking for devs that are in a similar situation like myself: A few games under their belt and putting in serious time to become a professional. Not just fiddling around a bit on the weekends, but pursuing this as if there were no alternative in life. I'm 34 years old, so I'm looking for people that are adults.

I'd like to limit this to people who aren't beginners anymore. There are many groups for those, but I am trying to form one for people who are more in the middle of that journey, so we can share similar experiences. Aka you've already realized how hard it is to finish a game when you loose motivation but did it anyway, you have experienced the ruthlessness of internet reviews, but yet you picked yourself up and kept walking, again and again. And you are not working on your giant MMO with a twist, ignoring all the advice out there. Ideally you are working on small games that we can play test.
