Looking for a noire anime shader.

Hey there guy's I'm currently working on a racing game and I'm looking for an anime styled shader that can be used for objects and the terrain similar to the screenshot here. What were really interested in is the super hard shadows and highlights.

would anyone be interested in making one. We can give you credit in the game and on our website/twitter/facebook for now and maybe pay you something later if our kickstarter is successful.
Or if you're only willing to do it for pay, let me know how much you think it would cost and maybe we can work something out after the kickstarter.
