Looking for a developer for a custom game in Unity

Hi. I'm new to Unity and not actually a developer, but rather I'm seeking a developer for a custom game. In beginning my search, virtually everyone I asked said contact Unity...so here I am.

If this is not the correct place to put this question, I apologize...but it seemed like the logical place to start.

We're looking for someone / some company to create for us a custom 3D animated game. The game itself is (I think) fairly straightforward...its a horse race game...but it needs to have excellent graphics. I'm happy to provide details if someone can recommend a developer or can take the project on themselves.

Again, thanks for you patience with a newbie here, and any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.
