    Hi!

My team and I are looking for someone who know how to handle lighting in Unity well. I am the one and only developer and have tried doing it myself, but I just cannot wrap my head around it nor have the time to do so at the moment since I'm more experienced in 2D game making. We also have a pixel artist for the 2D aspect of the game, story-writer, concept artist, a professional composer for all music and sound, and a couple 3D modelers.

The basic gameplay loop takes place in a hospital where you must complete a 2D retro game on a computer before one of the several ghosts kills you. The story is much deeper and you can be filled in when joining the team :)

    Responsibilities:
    - The game is a horror game and takes place in a dank, charred, abandoned hospital and the lighting needs to reflect the atmosphere
    - Know how to use URP
    - Create emissive lighting (like from a rectangular ceiling light panel, computer screens, etc.)
    - Provide some basic code or at least insight in how the lighting can be modified during runtime (like if a generator powers down, so should the lights and other technology)
    - Optimize the lighting

However, this list is tentative and we would love your input on what else needs to be added to make the game dark and scary!

If interested and want me to provide more details, shoot me a DM here or more preferably on Discord: gooby#3894
