Login failed from the Editor

    When I’m in the Unity editor I locate an item in the Assets store. Then in the Inspector view I click the “Import package” and a dialog box appears asking me to provide my Unity account credentials. I do that but the Login fails. If I go to Unity’s website in the asset store I can log in from there but when I’m in the Unity editor and I try to import an item from the assets store the Login fails. I don’t know why that happens. If I try to create a new account an error message appears saying that this account (with the email I provide) already exists. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Drop the support team an email, and include your serial number, and Unity account details.
