Locomotion Help

Ok heres what i need help with. I am using a locomotion for my character in unity. But so far I am using the normal and platform controller with my character. I have animations that can be used for platform controller, but I am trying to figure out how can I edit the fps character controller script where I can make my character respond to that script by pressing the Right Mouse Button.
Im a intermediate programmer, so I am still learning.
