Other Locked out of Plastic... Org vanished / disabled unable to get support

    We moved over the plastic last week, 2 repos all setup and it was doing a great job. Come Monday I was getting connection issues and finally got a notification that the Org was disabled... on looking sure enough the org was gone from the VCS panel.

    The only thing I can think of is that one of the repos are quite large (over 100gb) however we literally had meetings about swapping over and mentioned this as our requirement so I would be really surprised if it was flagged for that.

    I have contacted support, contacted our Client Partner to no avail.

    We have now been locked out for 3 days today and need a solution. Can someone in a support role on this forum please assist and send a pm, give me a phone number I can call or anything to assist. The avenues of support currently open are not working.

    The most likely reason for an Organization to be disabled is an unpaid invoice. I'm unable to see a support ticket for the account linked to xxsemb. Please share the ticket number here and I can review it.

    Thanks, as I suspected there is an unpaid invoice for that organization.

    As the Organization is a legacy Plastic SCM organization, the owner of the Organization needs to log into the legacy Plastic SCM dashboard and reactivate the subscription via the Subscriptions page.

    I have sent these same details to your colleague via the support ticket.
