Locked objects in hierarchy don't persist when re-opening the editor

    I'm using 2019.3.2f1 and I love the lock feature in the hierarchy so I don't accidentally select objects I don't want to. There is a slight issue though that this is not stored in the project data as when I close and re-open it resets all objects in the scene to unlocked, I would expect them to remain locked between Editor reloads
