Bug Localization Bundle not intializing correctly

    Repro Steps :
    1.Play Mode Use Existing Build - for addressables
    2.Play once
    3.Play second time

    Result :
    The Localization Scene Controls > Active Locale will be none
    There will be an error message that i could not load the Localization-local all bundle because it is already loaded.

    Is there a work around for this why are they not unloaded in this mode of play and if it is not unloaded why is not checking for this. Other Addressable play modes work fine.

    I have not seen this issue. Are you using 1.3.2?
    Can you file a bug report through the bug reporter tool so that it goes through to our qa?
