loading webgl when chrome development console opened much faster than when its closed

    did anybody experience this? in firefox it doesnt make difference.

    building with data caching enabled doesnt make a difference. using unity 2019.

    anybody seeing the same thing? thanks!

    I have issue wihen app on iOS 15 runs fast first time, but after page reloaded it takes 3-4 times more time for no reason, I tried enable/disable cache - no effect
