Loading script assembly "Assets/Runtime/Tools/ExcelTools/Plugins/System.Data.dll" failed!

    I'm using an "Excel.dll" which referencing System.Data.dll(4.0.0.0).
    The Excel.dll is generated by a C# project. I found the path of System.Data.dll throught the dependencies in the project. And put the System.Data.dll into the path described in this title. After Unity compiled all, I got the error.

    Is this a bug? Or how can I fix this? Thanks!

    Unity 2018.1.1f1
    Windows 10



    PS: Although it throws this error, the Excel.dll still works well. But it always shows this when Unity has compiled the whole project.

    Did youfixed it? I have a similar problem.
    Under below condition how to referencing System.Data.dll (for SQL Server)
    Scripting Runtime Version* .Net 4.x Equivalent
    Api Compatibility Level* .Net 4.x
