loading assets in the scene gradually

    dears,
    how i can load the current assets in the same level when im walking, just i want a sphere around the player and render what ever it collide with, its the way that i can load a huge full scene to 1 core processor mobile , please help me out

    good idea ,
    but i was thinking like a sphere that could render what it does collider with and disable render when exit ,
    i know the load.resources but i would like something in runtime and much performance
