Load different extensions in apk

Hey guys I have been searching for awhile but can't seem to get the real answers or is my question not right..
But what I want to do is actually I want to extract my apk with apktool
and copy my text, objects, images in the asset folder and align them....and build the apk and create a script that will load the files inside the asset folder that I copied..
If any one can do it please help me..
