Livstream is down [again]

How many Unity Analytics service outages have you experienced in the last 90 days?

    Unity Analytics Livestream is not showing any data since 10:45 EST on Nov 23rd. This is two hours and counting.

    What is the status of the outage, and when will is be resolved?
    When is whatever is causing regular outages going to be resolved?
    What does Unity consider the SLA of the analytics service to be?

    Support tickets yield no results, hopefully there's someone paying attention to the forums. I'd also like to solicit feedback to gauge whether this is unique to me, or a broader issue - so fill out the survey!

    We are still receiving and processing events when there is a delay with Livestream, and there is no data loss. Although not ideal if there is a Livestream delay, you can still view your events elsewhere in the Dashboard such as Data Explorer.

    I realize that Jeff, but the purpose of having a live dashboard is to be able to have a near real-time view of the data.

    What is the Unity Services SLA for downtime?

    We do not provide a SLA at this time, up time is best effort.

    These are paid, business critical services - there's no guarantee of uptime or functionality?

    I notice that the data for yesterday is still not available in the Data Explorer. This is a 17 hour delay. While I am willing to trust that the data is not lost, it makes the value proposition of Unity Services suspect at best

    Over 24h and no data from the 27th. I think it's time to implement a proper SLA and status dashboard - best effort is not sufficient for a paid product.

    Livestream is down again

    Data in the Explorer is over 38hr delayed

    Can we talk about the need for a status dashboard for better visibility of status & issues?
