Livestream is available for Plus subscription and higher

I have a pro subscription. I don't know why I can't get access to it. Anyone knows any possible reason why?

 

Likely because you are a member of two organizations, probably your (default) personal account and then a business account with Plus or Pro access. Make sure you create the project with the right organization https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/TransferringProjects.html
