Question Live stream as a texture onto a plane

Hello,
I'm semi new to this and was looking for ways to live stream my desktop view or a specific window onto a plane in unity. If anyone knows any easy way to set this up and wouldn't mind helping that would be great but I know that is less likely. So if someone could point me in the right direction with some sort of script that would be helpful. I'm trying to capture the video(either in mjpeg or h264 format).
