Bug Live Capture: No Available Ports

Hey all,

I'd really love to get cracking with the live capture package but I keep getting stopped before I even start. I've gone through all the available troubleshooting methods for configuring the firewall and still I do not have any available ports. Not one in the almost 33,000 possible ports you can assign. I don't understand. I've also used cmd prompts on my pc to show available free ports and those don't work still.

Has anyone else encountered this and what steps have you taken to resolve it? I've tried disabling my firewall and deleted my anti-virus software as an extreme measure with no results still.

Is there something I'm missing because I can't find any answers on all the forums and even with the unity api there's no concise answer for this. They just list out a troubleshooting method that I've tried with no success.
