Feedback listing package's sprites in the sprite selector clogs up workflow

    Blank 2D project currently looks like attached image. Make it a daunting task to find ones own sprites. Unity 2021.3.12f1

    If I remember correctly, what you search isn't saved either; so even if you name your sprites to find them easily by adding something like "Sprite_" to the start of each name, it's still a pain to have to search that each time.

    I think this might just be an error. Other unity packages are not listing images.

    This toggle should allow you to filter out the package content. When it is checked, no package content should be visible in the object selector. If this is not the case, please file a bug so that we can take a closer look.

    I just checked the latest version of LTS 2021.3.16f1 and the toggle doesn't hide UI sprites for Skinning Module or PlasticSCM Screen Shot 2023-01-04 at 15.50.24.png
