I didn't complain about this before because i thought it was obvious and would get fixed in no time but here we are 1 year later.

UnityHub AppImage(I don't know if same problem exists with the other packaging formats)
    OS: Ubuntu based Linux
Version: 3.0.0-beta.6 (i was using Beta in hopes of it getting fixed)

    Problem:
When I add a build supports such as Windows/Linux/Mac to an Editor, using the Add Module button, It creates the folder inside Editor/Data/PlaybackEngines but it dumps all of it's files inside HOME directory. That I have to move it back manually.

    Steps:
    - Install UnityHub using AppImage
    - Install the LTS Editor.
    - Go to Installs tab, and add build support for Windows/Linux/Mac using Add Module button.
    - Files ends up in the HOME directory.

Weirdly I didn't have the same problem while Adding WebGL Module.
