    Hi guys !

I come back here after a dive in linux, dev env, X11 extentions S***ties and many other pleasure.

Those whom i've already taunted know me as an aggressive requirer.
    Who am i ?
An oooold ( yeees :p ) sys developper on many systems: DOS, win and lin.
I made many things.... ( i pleasure myself thinking they're great but am not sure :p )

In past years when i wanted a lin platform, i had a desktop with a nux installed on it.
now.... all this is dead !
just install vmware and you can run a CPC464 with CP-M on an 8 cores machine ^^
    hehe... nope !
    simply nope !

vmware virtualizes all but not the least !

    please lemme explain.

I got an U3D project running fine on android and win.
I compile it towards linux, run it on my vmwared-debian and mouse things F***s all up !!!

My 1st thought ( as vmware is THE reference ) ---> nux dev team from U3D sux !
And i've been expressive on this !
And shyfully i sincerely regret it !!!

the culprit of the S*** is not unity but vmware !!!!
Please lemme offer you my sincere apologies !!!!!

I got too few time to say more now but just....
nux U3D devs, please have a peek in u3D apps running on vmware, as i think many ppl run nux on a win platform just like i do !

I'll be back with some more info of how to solve this....

    see you soon !!!
and again.... i'm ashamed i was this dumb !

    happy unitying !

    Yes !

I wish i red this sys requirement before ! :/
    It's my bad.

Just as a last thing i found something that could be a workaround for running linux unity3D apps over VMs:

    Set up the flag
    vmmouse.present = "FALSE"
in the VMware virtual machine config file, restart the VM, run unity3D app and the mouse behaves now perfectly :)

Thanks a lot for your patience and have a nice day :)

    Happy unitying !
