Linux Mint 20, Mouse Scroll not working on unity UI

My mouse scroll isnt broken at all, only in Unity UI that it doesnt work, example, the scene view I cant zoom, the inspector cant scroll either, but in the top bar menus, when its big enough and needs to scroll, it works...
Already tried diferent version of unity and also different projects


Edit 1: Just formatted my pc and it was working normally, until I imported a windows project I had, wich means, theres something wrong with the project or importing a project from the windows

Edit 2: Formatted again, deleted some user settings from the project, it worked, wich means the problem is with the project. But as I deleted lots of user config I cannot use it like that, so I got a idea of using the Unity Collaborate, to just import the needed by unity and then loading to my machine, and sadly got the same error, but now In the console has some errors heres a screenshot:
