Linux Editor Popup Windows Aren't Resizable

    Moving mouse on windows' edges there is no resize option. Also if a window is dragged out and maximized, it can't be restored to its original size by clicking the top-right square again. Unity 2018.3.0b3, Fedora 29.

    I've observed the same issue on 2018.3.0b3 on AntergOS (Arch-based) using Cinnamon DE.

    I have same problem with 2018.2.7f1 (Linux Mint). I actually upgraded to this version hoping it would be solved. As a 'bonus' problem when I drag a window it jitters like crazy.
