linking to created app after gone live (iOS)

    We created an app prior to it going live in the ads admin. Once live however, theres no way to link it to the live app. Anyone know of any way to link the already created ads service to the now live app with that same id? It shipped with the old id so we don't want to create a new ads app and have to resubmit with that id.
