Question limitUserTracking details

    I have question regarding the following line of code.

    Analytics.limitUserTracking = true;

    Why does it say limit user tracking instead of disable user tracking? It seems to imply that there is still some amount of user tracking going on. Does anyone have some details on how much the user is being tracked with limitUserTracking = true?

    A related question would be, does Analytics.limitUserTracking still work if we are using the new analytics?
