Lights through walls - Unity 5 - Video

    Hi guys, trying to solve another question. I have a completely closed room, no doors or windows. Added some point lights inside the room and at night is possible to see that the light makes the walls brighter, even having 20cm thickness. I am using shadows (soft) and set my enviroment to be complete dark at night.

    One setting that partialy solved the problem was under Lighting/GI/Indirect Intensity. Set it to zero, but lights get so weak and, if I add a window, the lights will barely go through. Is this the right way? Is there a clever way to solve this? Or I will have to change Indirect intensity from day to night? Thanks. Video below:

    The point lights realtime GI doesn't have light shadowing so therefore the light leaks through and doesn't get shadowed. There's no workaround for this(although in your case is different), until Unity fixes this.

    A workaround for this would be too use a trigger for the room. And script it so when your not in the trigger the realtime indirect bounce = 0.
