Lights mask doesnt work

    I am applying the light culling mask for all layers but one and that one is also affected by light using Unity 2018.3 and VR single pass
    When remove all culling layers light is not applied but once i start adding layers i get weird behaviours like is lighted or not depending on the angle, layers that are not the layer the material have, dont know why affect the object

    Tried using Standard shader and happens the same

    If i have light A which ignore layer B and light B which affects layer B, then light A affects layer B, but if i dont have light B then light A doesnt affect layer B working properly

    Just happens using Deferred
