    Problem 1)
somehow lights only shine on some surfaces and areas.
the lights shine on the wall, but it doesn't brighten up the floor.
the wall and floor come from the same Blender model.

    Problem 2)
how to rebake the scene ? i.e. remove any exsisting lightmap and start baking ALL OVER AGAIN, fresh? because I thought that Unity is going to paint the lights based on the original images, but instead, when it bakes the second time, it considers the first bake as the input, and the floor gets darker and darker.

screenshot ending with "59": when the light is higher, it shines and the wall but not the floor.
screenshot ending with "58": when the light has been placed lower near to the floor, the floor is still dark, but other meshes are still illuminated and shadows have been cast perfectly.
