lightning and probes options - should i turn them off even though there's no lighting?

    I have no lighting in my game, but I'm wondering if having lighting options enabled on game objects takes any processing power even with no lighting available

    It for sure did use to have an effect, even though it shouldn't. There were bugs fixed related to this though, so not sure what happens now.

    You could test and see happens.

    I have a script that disables reflection probes everywhere on the project, just in case. (I do use light probes though)

    How would you go about making a script to disable everything across the board? I'm guessing you don't get every component and disabling it that way?

    Open every scene and every prefab, get every mesh renderer and disable stuff, it takes a few seconds.
