Lightmaps (both realtime and baked) stop working after alt-tabing or changing resolution

    We are on Unity 5.2.3 and every time we make a build we encounter the same problem - lightmaps or lightmap snapshot dissapears when we get back in the game. We've tried not to bake anything and start the game without prebaked realtime lighting and it works alright. But if we bake anything shadows just dissapear after alt-tab.

    What can be the reason?
