Lightmapping won't clear and crashes unless toggled off. & Lighting Artifacts

    Hi guys,

    #Problem 1
    I've been playing around with the new lightmapping recently and decided to bake my rather large world. Unfortunately after 30 hours of baking the lightmapping came out wrong and needed changing, but when I cleared the lightmap it seemed to clear, but didn't...

    Now if I don't have the "lighting" window open then the lightmap will appear to be on, if I open the lighting window and deselect "use lightmaps" it temporarly fixes it until I close the lighting window or open another scene.

    It also shows up at "0 single lightmaps" and "no Lightmaps" in the lighting window.





    #Problem 2

    My second problem is a weird artifact happening, mainly if I quickly rotate my character, there's areas that have shadows that layer up more and more, the more I rotate, ultimately causing Unity to crash after I stop.




    Any help would be great!

    The issue is also happening on the terrain, as I move black squares appear and become darker as I move
