    Lightmapper (Progressive GPU - Generate Lighting) process does not complete at 99%.

    - HDRP Sample Scene (after HDRP project create)
    - Mac mini 2018 + eGPU (Blackmagic egpu)
    - Unity 2020.1.0a21.2690 (PC,Mac & Linux Standaline)
    - HDRP 7.1.8
