Lighting Issue

    So, I'm trying to make a remake of the iconic "Valve" intro. I have everything setup. The valve object, the guy, and the room. The only thing I had to do is setup lights, but for some reason it's not lighting up the closed up room I've made. I'm using a spotlight and for some reason I can't get the scene to light up. I've raised the intensity and nothing is happening.
    Can someone help out?

    are your lights set to "Baked"?
