I am having a strange issue where when I rotate the camera the environment lighting seems to become over exposed or has a strange bloom effect or something. Ive been digging in both the unity manual and other videos but Im sure its just some simple check box i need to fix however I am unable to find it. the first picture (with the more green ground) is more of how it should look but when I rotate the camera the ground has a weird reaction... im still new to unity and figuring out the final processing and look of the lights and textures so any help will be greatly appreciated! Same here

Try increasing the number of polygons/tris on your ground

Have you tried setting smoothness to 0 and metallic/specular to 0 on the material?
