As you can see the bake map is really weird. Why this is happend?

I'm afraid this image alone is not very helpful to debug your issue. I assume it's a mesh you created and imported to Unity? In order to understand what's going on, we need to see the baked lightmap. You can open Objects maps tab in Lighting window and switch the Preview from Albedo to Baked Intensity (while your mesh is selected) and then, you can see the UVs for your mesh (as shown below). Then we can more clearly see what is going on.
