Lightest 2-in-1 laptop that will run Unity well and is under $2k

WIll be buying a new laptop in a couple weeks, and I'm afraid I've gotten a bit spoiled with my Chromebook Plus. It does everything I need except run Civ VI, and allow me to work on my Unity projects. Since I REALLY want to get something complete and published this year, I'm looking for something that is 3 lbs or so, and that won't take forever to run a level. Given the specs haven't changed much for a while, I'm thinking that an HP Spectre X360 13 or something like that might work. But then I start looking at cost and battery life, and am concerned that if I go with the base i7 model that has just the integrated Intel HD 620 graphics it might be rather painful.
