Bug LightCookieManager IndexOutOfRangeException

    Hello, we've got a problem that keeps knocking our Editor out.
    Tried playing around with applying cookies to Lights, but found that it completely incapacitated the Editor, breaking the scene view:

    We get this error flooding the console:

    Since, we've removed any reference to cookies from all of the lights we tried to use them on. To our horror, the issue persists. Wondering if anyone has insight - have googled the issue and gotten no results, unfortunately.

    Using Unity 2022.1.61f w/ URP v13.1.8.
