Bug Light parameters stuck?

    From a quick glance I didn't see this issue mentioned here on the forums, but I'm struggling to change any settings on the light component in the HDRP in beta 2022.2, version 15 and 16. None of the sliders, text/number boxes, or boolean check boxes do anything. I click them, they highlight, but the variables never change, like they're stuck. This is on a completely new project in HDRP. I've tried this with all light types too.

    Is this a misunderstanding of certain parameters in HDRP? Or is this a bug?
