Does anyone know if a light render mode (Auto, Important, vs Not Important) has any effect on during light baking calculations (either baked or realtime)?
Was getting a lot errors (Including BSODs.) during lightbaking: 'Bake Runtime' job failed with error code: 8 ('Failed to create Runtime Lighting.') on numerous scenes after after setting many lights from "Auto" to "Important".
After setting all lights back to "Auto" the bake seemed to finish without issues.

    It shouldn't.

Are you baking with GPU and have a recent AMD card?

Still using Unity 2017.4.18 with Enlighten,
Have not had any issues baking these scenes until I went through and changed numerous lights from "Auto" to "Important". Having numerous errors, computer hangs, and BSODs (3x) (whea_uncorrectable_error)

Could you please try upgrading either to 2018.4 or 2019.4 LTS, and see if the issue goes away? 2017.4 is no longer supported.
